We were on the Grand Mesa on Sunday and same thing! Never saw my sled most of the day! I'm sure it was down there somewhere! The snow is awesome but if you are riding the Mesa the rocks are lurking! The snow just doesn't have enough base yet to keep you out of the rocks and since the Mesa is nothing but one giant rock pile, watch out!
