Yes Gold Creek FSR 1703 is closed due to road wash out from last may from Hwy 410 up to the junction of Spring Creek FSR 1705 and Gold Creek Road. Upper Gold Creek Road is open all the way up to the top.
We came across the face of Bald Mountain on FSR 530 from the south heading north along the ridge. The drifts across parts of Bald Mountain were pretty deep, fortunately we were riding perpendicular to the drifts so they made for some neat jumps. With todays rain up in the cascades, im sure the drifts will harden up. It was a good ride up there this past saturday and sunday.
