Which oil do you guys run?

I am very concerned about my power valves getting sticky. I was told by my dealer that I need to run their oil otherwise my power valves will stick.

I have a hunch this might not be true.

What are you guys running?

I have been running the old polaris blue oil with no problems, some oils you will have to clean them more but I wouldn't be to concerned

I've always ran Shell advance synthetic and never had a problem, I clean them once at the beginning of the season and thats it, they used to stick alot more before I turned my oil pump down.

Would you like to upgrade your popcorn to the "Super Package", which includes some sort of yellow slime on it, a "mega soda" and a box of "DOTS" ? Oh yeah I use Blue Marble in a couple of my sleds and Injex in the others, no issues with either one.

I'm running BRP XP-S this year. Bought 2 case at the end of last season for $25 per gallon. Should be enough for both sleds all year.

i dont remember exactly what its called, but the oil i am running came from wal mart in the isle right next to where they sell those long skinny balloons. i bought it cuz it said self warming so i thought that might help with cold seizing and such, come to think of it thats kinda a weird spot in the store for them to be selling sled oil, nowhere near the automotive isle.

Keep in mind it takes all of about 30 min to clean the power valves up. Something you should do no matter what oil you get talked into running!!
