Where's Ollie?

I remember him being sick... fell for it hook line and sinker too. Had no idea it was a scam. Didn't know rep really meant that much to people? I've always done it out of boredom.

He made his own alter (prairie dog fishing) and posted stories about passing out, having internal bleeding and other stuff and finally "Prairie Dog Fishing" logged on claiming gimpster had to be rushed the the emergency room or clinic or something for emergency surgery or some crap. Meanwhile, the same time this supposed surgery was taking place Gimpster was posting on his own message board (different forum). Sledhed discovered it and called him out and Big D confirmed Prairie Dog was an alter and he stopped posting here. He still logs on though. Most of us that were in the rep thread liked him too but lost all respect for the man for that, at least I did.

Read the rep thread in the riding section - the posts around June 25th or so have all the info.

This is a Phocking snowmobile forum for $hits sake. Not a damn Drama Lama Soap Opera daytime TV crapfest! I have no idea where the truth lies in all this and I'm not about to read through 800+ pages of chat to try and find out. BUT..... anyone claiming to have cancer that really doesn't just for sympathy or personal gain is lowlife scum. With that being said, I had no issue with Ollie or Gimpster with respect to what posts of theirs I had read.

I cant belive anyone cares about " Rep " on snowest ! It is so gay , my Dad can beat up your Dad !



Ollie and I disagree on electric cars , but he is spot on on 99% of his thoughts . I am glad he is on Snowest , :beer; for Ollie .

If this Gimpster thing is correct and he was scamming people for rep, it's too bad but it's not the first time that someone lied on here about an illness. I remember a few years ago a guy named Marty (local guy in our area) was battling some strange disease or cancer. His "wife" was on here posting how Marty was so sick and off to Sweden or somewhere in Europe for some crazy treatments. They were keeping everyone abreast of the situation from the hospital. I don't exactly know how, but one of the members of the day was able to track the IP address and it was all bogus. THere was talk of raising money for him, having a ride etc. It got pretty stupid.
 
During the circle jerk rep thread I got a little involved for a week or 2 and had some back and forth with the one called GImpster. I found him funny and like any oher big poster on the thread. It looked like he had a shop, rode Harleys, played a little guitar and had a dog who smoked. Was the smoking dog a lie too??
