He is around but currently pissed at me for selling my wifes sled.
He is an incredible photog! I loved how cool he could make me look! Now the only pics I see of me are pics of me wrecked in trees or stuck in a bad spot
I have 4 years worth of cool shots from him hanging in my house and garage!
We need to get him out for a few days! First couple let him ride to satisfy his needs then a day where he only has a 1/4 tank of fuel and a fresh charged camera

A little off topic. 4dtuff, did you hear a guy we ride with pinned his sled against the exact same tree as you did up Daniels??? Only he was upside down.

You guys are making me feel all warm and fuzzy! I am still in the process of trying to get crap back in order, feeling alot better since the surgery last January, but I had to sell everything I had to stay afloat. Insurance settlements take FOREVER! Things are starting to finally come together, I should have a new camera and sled soon!
I love seeing my shots hanging on my friends walls, that is one of the coolest things!

I borrowed a camera and 2 lenses last year for my AK trip, ended up breaking both lenses, in all the years of riding with my high dollar glass I never scratched a thing, borrow stuff, try to be extrta careful, and s it happens.... go figure

Curious what camera you have your sights set on... I've heard rumblings about a d4 and d800 being announced?..?
For now I am just gonna get a d7000 and a 28-300 vr just to play with, be a good camera to take to Alaska out halibut and salmon fishing. The 1080p video with autofocus kinda sold me. It is getting really good reviews for a cheap camera. When I get my insurance settlement I will get a D3s or D4 of it is out, along with a variety of 2.8 and 1.4 glass. I would really like some 400-600 f4 long glass... I will give the d7000 to my wife when I upgrade. That way she will keep her hands of my nice gear
I really love the pro bodies, the just have a feel to them that I can't explain, screwing a grip onto the bottom of a regular body just isn't the same... I really want another D2XS, that's a cool camera! I have seen those go on eBay for a grand or so.
