Where to stay & ride ? Help!

Hey guys. The last few years we have been makeing a few trips each season out from Michigan to ride Colonial Wyoming and the Walden Colorado "Buff Pass" areas. We will be makeing a trip the 2nd week of Jan for a week long trip and am looking for a differant place close to these areas that we can ride for a few additonal days. Would like to find some where with in a hour or so from these areas we can ride with all the accomidations along with us being able to leave on our sleds right from our rooms if at all possible. I have heard somethings about Big Bear but know nothing about it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well you could go try out the sierra madres, i have heard that they pretty cool... I think you would have to trailer up to the parking lot but thats not that big of deal

Stay in Saratoga. From there you can ride the Madre's and the Med Bow... Same distance to both from there. Then when you get done you can sit in the natural hot springs!!

Give me a call we are permitted on both areas. They are rocking areas. We will be working with hotel and lodges in both areas this winter. We do a snowest discont as well.

Tell more about the Madres? I've ridden the Snowies for years but never the Madres? We come up from Colorado so we always just go to Centennial. Which tends to get CROWDED during the holidays.
