Where to go?

Hello, I am from WI, my group and I have been Going to Cooke City for the past 10 Years. We have gone to Grand Mesa two times now, and we're looking for some place similar. We come prepared with full-blown mtn sleds, so we can get around. Basically I'm looking for places to ride and stay, where its steep and deep. Liked the way it was at Grand Mesa, where you just ride from your cabin. We want something similar to that, with all the amenities that we would need (gas, convenient store...etc), and want to just pull the rope and ride, no trailering to get to the pow........

We only do this once a year, so it has to be a good time, with lots of snow.

Please let me know of areas to ride, and places to stay. It doesn't necessarily have to be Colorado, just somewhere not too far away from there.

Thanks Alot Guys.

Seems we trailer to every place we ride, usually 10-30 minutes each way from lodging.

There are two places in the area that I ride in that allow for you to leave from your cabin. The first is Grand Lake (riding is great when the snow is good, but so so the rest of the time) and Steamboat Lake Outfitters where the riding is widely varied and the terrain is awesome.

I'll rent you my hut, all the amenities you could need. (probably nicer than 1/2 the places you could pay for!!)

Where you from in cheeseland?

Where you from in cheeseland?

Small town called Medford, ever hear of Tombstone Pizza? Originated, and still produced here.

Wanna PM me some details on the HUT? How many peeps can it fit? Gas Nearby? Drive trucks/trailers up to it? What would you charge for a week? Also, where is it at? Thanks

I'm from Merrimac, but lived in Merrill (don't know if they still make Hurd windows there!) for a year or so.

Cheesedic...er cheeseheads are always welcome around here!

PM'd you.
