got two new sleds yesterday. where is the best conditions to ride thursday to get miles on them? we are in the anchorage area. thanks ahead for the help.

Turnagain would be the closest.
Eureka might be decent, Hatcher Pass from Willow side as well (stay on the road), PVille has lots of trails as well....
trails?..no no no..find some deep, tape the throttle full on and go....mines gonna get broke in in the deep stuff...........

I agree, if the sled makes it off the trailer it is broke in. Tape it and get the rings seated.

I used to take my 25000 big block nitrous motor and zing it to 11000 rpm fresh from assembly..if its right..it will live..if its not..it wouldnt anyway........
I heat cycle mine once or twice, usually because I rebuild before there's snow...then giver.
