Where to fill ABS cylinders??

I am looking for a place to refill the ABS Avy Pack cylinders in the Seattle area. Anybody know? Thanks.

I believe you need to do the exchange as they have to reseal the container. You also need to replace the handle with the primer

both canister AND handle need to be replaced! Handle has a small charge in it as well rather than using a cable system. They have found it to be more reliable...

Pierres Polaris in Seattle does the swap out, $40 is the usual cost... I just spoke to them for a friend and they had 5 in stock (I was trying to convince them to bring them to the show this weekend so REALLY save people some hunting around!
