Thats where I live, and I can def say it is an amazing place if you are into the outdoors. I commute to the west side all summer, its only a 45min drive. It does get a little depressing leaving 80+ deg almost everyday for the seattle clouds though haha!
Ill 5th/6th/10th or whatever the Baker area. Most consistant snow winter to winter and there are some HUGE mountains up there. Invest in some touring gear or a splitboard and have at it
