My most favorite place is Eagles Pass.
What a place, seems too go on forever. You can start near Malakwa sled over to Turtle and if you like and have the extra fuel you can sled to Boulder Mt. at Revy.
Unless you have been to Eagles before I highly reccomend a guide. Its a very large area with many hazards. I wrote my sled off there the season B 4 last.

Cheers,
Dave

Been deep deep in Turtle before and it is really cool terrain. I hear it backs all the way to Sicomus... is that Eagle Pass?

Yes sir Aaron, You can sled from Eagles to Turtle and if you have lots of extra fuel you can make it to Boulder.
Some time this winter I'll take you there and show you around. Well worth the trip.

Cheers,
Dave

Haven't found my favorite spot yet.:face-icon-small-hap Hoping to this Winter. I've been to Galloping Hills outside of Cherryville, westside of Kelowna and Graystokes east of Kelowna. NEED TO GET TO REVY AND SICAMOUS! :beer;

WoooHooo, nothin like an invite to go sleddin! :beer;
Always open to check out new areas but obviously better to go with someone who knows their way around. Do you go to Hunter's Range? That another spot I've been wanting to check out but hasn't happened yet. If you're hardcore steep and deep I may disappoint. I'd much rather spend my day off trail but not into spending my day trying to climb a hill. Love to put on some miles and carve some meadows....dam, I drooled on my keyboard again. Thanks, I'll send you a PM. :beer;

I just started last year, so I only rode grweystokes and the surrounding area. Got one chance to go to pinnacle, it was fun but I was a bit over my head. Hunter's, galloping hills, revy will all be places I will hit up this year.

Our group really likes hunters. boondocking on a powder day there is very fun. And it helps that its only around 30 minutes from my house. Iv never ridden eagles but gonna try to get there this year for sure!!

Welcome to the world of snowmobiling. Did you hook up with some guys who know Graystokes? I've sledded up there a lot and know my way around pretty good if you ever want to head out as I live in Kelowna as well. Always looking for guys to go with. :beer;

I had a buddy that is a non sledder but origionaly from Kelowna tell me that his friends spent a lot of time sledding around Cherryville. What is it like there?
In the summer time I love taking the Vette with the top down on that hiway between Vernon and Arrow Lake and up through Nakusp to Revy.
That is some real pretty country.

Cheers,
Dave

No kidding that is beautiful country through there. I've only been to the Galloping Hills, just outside of Cherryville once. Some great boondockin and cool rolling hills. Bad vsisbility day so that didn't help much. We spent a good part of our day continually getting one of our riders out of trouble, he's an Idiot, always seemed to wind up exactly where he shouldn't have gone so that sort of spoiled the day. If I'm gonna drive that far from Kelowna I'd rather go to Sicamous or Revy.
