Where is it good close to slc?

Hello
My buddy and I been sledding for about 2 years now, so were not pro's but were not beginners either. We both live in downtown SLC and i am just trying to find some good places to sled nearby. one of usually has to work at night so we can only sled for a few hours and our drive times are limited. we have been doing guardsmen pass alot, but i see alot of tresspassing signs around and dont wanna step on anyones toes, we have done mirror lake hwy a handful of times but it seems a little flat maybe we didnt go far enough out. anyways the let me know where some good places to go are near to slc without giving your secret stash away thank for the help!
Matt

as for guardsmans just stay off peoples private property close to their cabin if you want to avoid the signs just take a right when you get to the top instead of going down the little race hill and going through ropes.
other spots you should check out nobblets out of kamas and lake creek out of heber
if you want to stick a little closer I would check out farmington and bountiful as well as american fork. you can find the good places to ride on your own but its a lot easier if you have someone showing you around.

You can access a lot more from Guardsman than just that main area. I'm making an assumption here but you probably just need to start exploring further out.
