where are the fuses, 07 800 rev?

My friend has a 07 800 summitt, he hit the reverse button, and his headlight taillight and tach quit working. Sounds like a fuse problem to me, he said that he could only find two fuses, and they were fine. I think there should be more fuses somewhere. Anyone know what may be wrong? Thans for any input......

Its a relay. Mounted on the steering frame on the clustch side under the cowling.
