yesterday I was out climbing this hill and ran into a small tree, and long story short I was able to stop to sled from rolling down the hill but my back was up against the gas tank until my buddy helped me roll her back and get her pointed down hill.
My back ended up blistering fairly badly because my underlayer and back brace (multiple bulging discs) became soaked in gas. I made it home as quickly as possible, showered soap and water, called the doc, etc.
Is this normal? The stream of gas coming out of the cap was fairly large. How can I stop this? Is it a faulty cap? is it designed to vent or something like that?
Thanks in advance, and sorry if this is a stupid question. Feel free to heckle my dumbass injury.
