Well lookin over the sled last night I found this....have read all the threads about the subframe issues. Worst part is early in feb it was the exact opposite....left ski was back....I just kept riding it. Can anyone tell where to measure to see whats bent?? I dont see anything bent....the right ski is 2 to 3 inches behind the other....

Mines like that every ride or two. I've looked several times to see whats bent with no luck. I use a 2x4 to make adjustments.

Have you replaced your a-arm bushings with the oil-lites yet? If not I would do that first. There is lots of slop in those a-arms.

Though, mine looks similar, maybe a little worse than that, with the new bushings. I am not fixing it till I hit something else that breaks it.

Try putting a straight edge along the front tube on the lower a-arm. They like to twist. It’s a little hard to see, so look close.
If so you should be able to band it back.

Secure the sled to something big (truck) and give the right spindle a yank with a quad/truck. Straightened my to almost perfect only out a 1/16 of an inch now and the shocks sit the same way inbetween the a-arms. Weld a little support inside the subframe so it does not bend quite so easy.
