whats cooking

hello ; I get asked a lot if I make a cook book for the cooker cans that we build .
I don't but thought this might be a good place to share some of the ones I have heard and used as ell as what you might have cooked .
best one I have seen is steak and lobster.
steak in the top compartment and frozen lobster packed in snow in the bottom container.

one guy said he packs a cake mix in a tupper ware container and puts it in on the ride down the mountain and has hot chocolate cake at the truck were he kept the wipped cream hahahahaha

grilled cheese in 2 minutes .

the usuall chicken wings and pizza .
tell us what you have cooked .

Prime Rib yesterday, pulled pork and beef brisket tomorrow.
Tacos were a good hit last year. Little smookies in an oven bag and plastic forks is good. Have done steak several times.

Some stuff I pack in tin foil so its not directly on the heat, other stuff gets wrapped in parchment paper, some stuff like the prime rib I toss in unwrapped and flip it over after 20-30 min.

I mostly use the Snacker Packers bags to cook.
These are some of the thing that I have cooked over the years. Cooking times vary upon riding conditions.
Shrimp in garlic butter.
Steak
Burritos
Stir fry
I also like to reheat left overs such as
Hamburgers
Spaghetti and meat balls
Chili
Fried rice

Prime Rib medium rare
Baked potato with butter and sour cream
Green beans
Dinner roll
And that pisses my riding buddies off :face-icon-small-coo
