Whatever you do don't ride at the ears this Friday or Saturday

And for the record, there is no riding area around that is a secret. You can thank Snowest writers for that. There are however, places that are to far out of the way for the everage sledder so they go to the easiest one to get to. RE/Buff.

Today wasn't that busy.

Still parking to be had in the lot today. Never seen it so dead on a Sat. Tomorrow will be packed I bet. Found a couple 2 - 3 feet in spots.

Get up here now Duke or do you need to wait for it to set up. My sofa is only a 153 now. No seriously.

Waiting for my spine to setup lol. I would like to think I'll be riding next week at least some tree riding. Right now I could ride out the front door. We're getting a couple feet of fresh right now.

If you think RE was good you should have seen Wolf Creek today, 41" reported at the ski area over the last week. It was good enough that Sahen Skinner left Cottonwood Pass and came down for it-saw his truck and trailer in the parking lot-it's very hard to miss. It was so deep that I'm playing hooky from work tomorrow so I can go riding again, best snow I've ridden in all year.

FYI, Skinner and Burandt are operating down there. They have a base in South Fork. They ride there every day.

No snow on Cottonwood. Not enough for them and their groups anyways.

Agreed, they are there every day! Must be rough...until the old FS gets word of it;)

This time, yeah.

Haha! I guess haters are going to hate...

The USFS has full knowledge and is in support of both of the operations that Chris is running now. No doubt he is showing his clients a great time! Chris and crew have gone to extreme lengths this year to make sure all their clients have can find amazing riding conditions and it is cool to see the commitment he has made to work as a partner with the USFS.

So I guess we all get a bit jealous of his set up but no matter how much you love to hate on Chris - he is working with the USFS now in many area's across Colorado and providing the public with a unequaled experience.
