What to do to releve ski pressure?

So I got to go ride yesterday for the first time this year and the ski pressure is awful. The front end comes off the ground fine while climbing. But when your just riding around it's a tank to turn. I put 8in slydogs on this year but I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

Not sure what shocks you have but,

I dropped the front air pressure to 65 , jacked up the front skid preload and softened the rear shock.

High time has given one way to do it. That's the most common.

I found 1 full turn on the front rail shock on my Pro changed the front ski pressure quite a bit on groomed trail.
