What skis for your M

I've found the stock skis dart a lot, wondering what skis I should go with.
On my ZX Doo I had Simmons, worked awesome. Tried Mods on my wifes Rev, they're, ok.

I'm leaning towards Simmons, what are you guys with M's running?

I am running SLP powder pros on one of my M's and absolutely love them. 10X's better than stock. I've had simmons before and liked them also. I'd like to try the slydog powderhounds. I don't think you can go wrong with either of these three. I'm sure there are others that work well too.

Before you do that, check your A-arm bushings. I hated the way my M7 darted when I bought it (used). Thought I was gonna need skis, but the darting went away when I replaced my bushings. I don't mind the stock skis at all now. Of course the bushings wear out in about 400 km's, but that's another story. Crappy plastic!

USI tripple threat skis, AWESOME skis, had powder pros on there, like these ALOT better

Sorry but the stock skiis suck. I switched to the Slydogs last weekend. Way way better than stock. They do slide in the corners a bit, but they are totally predictable. Ive always run Simmons, but I think Im going to like the Dogs better in the deep.

I like the SLP Powder Pros, but I need to replace my bushings too, and also be sure my alignment is good.

since we are talking about skis, what is the proper amount to toe in or out you should set them up with??
I run C@A xt's they are way better than the stockers.

We always set ours up with 1/2 inch difference from back of ski to the front of the ski, with the wider measurement at the front of the ski.

ran simmons on M7 and it was night and day. Running Slydogs on my new M8 and they seem to work well also. Washington snow, steep and wet.

One ride (mostly road) with my new flamin' Dogs this year on the M7. Not enough to tell any real difference yet, but I must say the stock skis were better than any stock ski I've used to date. My parobolic equiped 800 almost cried when I mounted them on it.

Looking forward to more snow to test them that's for certain.

I have simmons on my M7 and I really like them. Night and day from stock skis, but I have not tried any of the others. I am sure any ski you go with will give you a great improvment over stock.

These sleds have a bushing problem? Realistically how many miles until replacement. This is the first I heard of this.

What all does it effect when the bushings wear out. Hard to change? Does it make the overall handling of the sled worse? I'm new to the Arctic Cat side so I just need to know things to look for.
