what oil is my new sled running

just bought a m7 last week the guy said he was running blue marble supposedly.... I dont wat to mix oils and i rode last weekend and the reservoir was full. the oil looks like blue marble but when burned it smells like an rc nitro car.anybody have an idea??

mix em

You can mix all in your sled. I don't know why everyone thinks its a bad thing to do. It won't hurt anything. All the major oils are damn near the same thing. I have interceptor, royal purple, and polaris ves gold in my sled right now.

You can mix as long as it is not straight petroleum. Synthetics and Blue Marble will mix.

Actually not to alarm you...you can mix the two. This is how you get the synthetic blend. A way for mfg. to make a "competitive synthetic" I wouldnt reccomend doing it to save money but wont hurt anything if you have a little in there.

I understand what you are saying but the two need to be run at different ratio's. Mixing after production is not the same as during the manufacturing process.
