what is your favorite lens color?

I like red for all but the brightest light, for which I use blue. On my last ride I tried a light sensitive lens that changes from yellow to blue. It worked ok, but I thought it was a little too dark in medium light conditions.

Oakley A frames or Crowbars with the High intensity yellow for low light days, I will ride all day while people sit waiting for the sun to show itself. Fire iridium lenses for good light days. A's are great, crowbars just up'd the bar. Better than i could have expected.

I ride with Smith Warps with a Blue Mirror lens. They work good in overcast and low light days but they are also good on full on sunny days. The only downfall is that they are horrible at night.

I think that you just have to try different colors till you find the one's you like. I have always used amber, yellow or clear. Last year I tried a blue lens and just about killed myself. I had no depth perception. I know lots of guys that swear by blue but I can't see a dang thing with them.

I like an orangish for lower light and a vermillion/red/rose for brighter conditions. Polarization is where it is at. Helps remove the glares on snow, so you can see contours better.

Rose about 90%, Grey in the bright sun times, Clear at night.
I am interested to hear thoughts on polarized and/or polarized with photochromatic. I know polarized works well for sunglasses and seems like a good idea, but could be an expensive experiment if it doesn't work alot better for snowmobiling.

Amp blue for everything. I like the Amp Rose as well; but I think the blue is the best "multi purpose" lense.

I like the orange for most conditons but always carry smoke for blue bird days. Have Pro-Vue for prescription and carry assortment of snap on lenses.
