what is this in pipe?

I took the pipe off the engine and put it on the back of tunnel then it dripping some kind of oil on the floor. I touch it, it felt like thin oil and gas but doesnt smell like gas. is that normal?
my sled is 2004 vertical escape 800

Looks like a blinker fluid leak to me.

My pipes will drip that too, just oil/gas as far as I know.
