What is the best place to add clutch weight

I have a 2007 apex with a boondocker turbo and the adjustable clutch kit. I have been messing around with it trying to figure out there best setup. I got it running pretty well but I wanted to see where the best place to add weight is. I am running 18lbs at 8-10000 feet.
