What is the best ecm reflash or efi controller for m1100 turbo

On a bone stock 2013 m1100 turbo whats the best ecm flash or efi controller for an all stock application to get the most horse power on pump gas or 100ll? and how much HP?

215hp consistently at high elevation. Others will tell you more but on long pulls your turbo will get heat soaked then will loose power. Evo has a tune for 215hp on pump gas. You can't go wrong with the Evo stuff and the customer service is great.

At 18 your too crazy for the 1100T. Keep the stock level. JK I think 215 is all you can get outta the stock huffer at elevation. Low elevation is another story. EVO is the only one testing at elevation hence they are all you got!

I miss my m1000 wish I wouldn't of sold it until I rode the 1100t! If your out west you should just buy the super chute and hang on!

this is actully my fathers sled i ride a 2009 m1000 turbo its only runing 6.5 lbs of boost how good are the boondocker hi jacker controller

I ran a ez jacker last year and it works ok but like the guys said above had problems on long pulls with heat.

Big Vote for Evolution Powersports. The Big Chute kit is such a killer deal at around $2200. The studs are the only thing that adds any real cost(labor) unless you are handy with a wrench. Their reflash is killer too but I would do the studs, that will get you all the way to 275HP is you want to run 100LL.

That vid was discussed on here in depth last winter. In short you can tell by the exhaust note that tuning (early versions were crap), clutching, or both are wrong. A properly tuned 1100 with a BD anything is not probably hanging with a m1000 at 6.5lbs....but a bc250 will give you more than you can handle assuming all things equal, like rider weight etc.

We found the stock clutching worked fine. The ECU reflash raises the rev limit to 8500 so there is plenty of room for over rev and should easily cover the lower elevations some of you ride. The power curve on the 1100t is very flat so it will make the same power above the target 7600 rpm. That said I believe there is improvement to be made with the clutching its just not 100% nessassary. I rather enjoyed the exhaust note of 8000+ :face-icon-small-hap

I would also like to know the answer to this question, all tho we dont usualy get much higher then 6500 ft here in northern bc.

Shoot me an email and I can get you squared away. That is in the same range we run in Vale, blue river, and Mcbride. We found a lot of improvement over stock in the terrain and style we ride.
