Painted the winshield
Added lots of little chrome parts
Installed a 2 wheel rear axle kit made by a buddy of mine
this year was pretty tame,all my big mods came last year..now just need to clean the carbs and go!!

not really summer, but to get ready for this season.

Added a Team secondary
Replaced my head with a trygstad head
Added wind/hand protectors.
Rebuilt and updated my R.A.V.Es
fixed my plug wire
fixed some loose body panels
adjusted my limiter strap
tightened my track
replaced the top gear in the chaincase with a 19t
replaced the chaincase fluid
removed the dust shield from my clutch gaurd.
(still to do)
fix/replace the hand warmers.
thinking about a riser, thinking about either cutting my skis, or getting aftemarket skis

cut the flap.

and replace the exhaust gasket & springs for the pipe.
(would like to but..isn't going to happen)

Well, I haven't seen my sled all summer. So, I have some work to do.
08 D8, Going to be rebuilding the motor myself. Still waiting on gaskets. Probably getting the head modified and adding a CMX fuel controller.
Going through almost everything with a bearing. Changing the front skid shock to the lower position and letting out the limiter straps.
Switching from heelclicker weights to the Heavy Hitter weights from Thunder Products. Hey, I like to tinker .

1. bought 3 new covers 2 from snoskinz and 1 from polaris
2. put a new camo 144 on a 04 verticle escape chasis that i bought 2 months ago
3. putting a my spare psi 890 motor into the edge chasis. Probably will need major help refitting the pipes to the edge from gen II. Still haven't figured out what I'm doing for a water temp gauge
4. will need a new belt and a new low profile black edge windshield
5. geared the edge down from stock
6. still have to repair a leak (probably o ring of some kind) in my psi thermostat on my gen II sled
7. going to touch up my pipes on the gen II with the Duplicolor Hi Temp Ceramic paint since the thermostat leak piddled coolant all over the pipes
8. no changes of any kind to the ZX except for the new cover
9. no new tools

Not much..
re geared the D-7 to 19/42 from 20/41
added some clutch vents to both the D-7 and wife's RMK-6
Cleaned the clutches,chain case oil and greased the chassis
Bought a couple new belts
Does a wash and armor all count for anything

I sold my 1155 twin and gave up around 70 hp. Went back to a ported 2003 Pol 800 ves with twin pipes. It went into my old GenII mod.

Gonna put just a couple more holes in my track and even/complete the pattern...

New simmons ski skegs...or skis. Can't make up my mind.

Added PERC reverse to my GenII. That will be fricken sweet.

Replace my old KLIM pants with new ones. Need new goggles.
