great idea about the threaded rivets but do the threaded rivets eventually start to flex because of the plastic and develops some slop in the seat?

I just bought a '06 rmk seat with the skinz post to replace my bulky fat fusion seat. I don't know what's best option to mount the skinz post to the seat.

I haven't personally done it so I can't answer if they would work loose. There is a post on it somewhere but I wasn't able to find it yesterday. You can also pull out some of the staples holding the fabric on and then put a metal piece with nuts welded to it inside the seat then re-staple the cover back on.
