The avy accident involving Dale Wagner was located about 3/4 of a mile south of Lake Marie, along the west side of the French Creek drainage. Point your web browser at the following URL to see the location given to rescuers by the reporting party:

I checked out the location u posted on topozone. Wow, right where the waypoint was is where I was talking about in my previous story. If u ride the rock ridge band on the west side you will find a chute in the rocks and it has a man made cross up high on the rock band. Don't think this is the first time. Has anyone else seen this too? Sad
