What flash you guys running

09 BD pumpgas, all new.
Has the 10 update with flash.
Sled is hitting 8100 for an instant and then bogging down to 74-7600. I've taken fuel away but to no avail.
Boondockers says to have it flashed back to the 09 spec but the local dealers say they cannot do this.
1 dealer says he has a flash that adjusts the sensitivity to the det sensor and this is what he runs on his turbo.
Anybody have experience with this???

thats b.s. the dealer should be able to do a new flash on it in minutes, i would find a new dealer

My buddie with a 2010 D8 just had the 09 flash installed into his sled and it runs great.

On the dealers digital wrench programs it should be listed as "09 Superceded". Any dealer has the ability to do this for you. EW

as well as stating 09 superceeded it will be dated january of 2009. if the dealer has the ability to flash (which in order to be a polaris dealer you have to have all the digital wrench software) than they have the ability to flash back to these flashes, however they may not know how to do it.

I just had the same deal happen to me at Polaris West but after the boondocker guys talked to me I was ble to tell the dealer what to do. They didnt think it was possible. Do exactly what EricW said, thats all they need to do. Where are you? they know how to do it in West now, it only take about 15 minute an they usually dont charge you

I am in Reno. I called 2 dealers, #1 said no they cannot do it, #2 had a hotshot who wanted to know who installed the turbo, bring it to him he will straighten everything out attitude. He said to use his custom flash and run 50% race. I had him flash and will ride it tomorrow.

unless the "hotshot" is high and i mean high up in the polaris race program there is no way to have the ability to make custom flashes. i'd be willing to bet money his "custom flash" is the superceeded 09 flash. there are very few people in the country that have the ability to custom tune flashes for the stock ecu's

I run the jan 10 flash...I belive its jan. works good. ive got a aero kit. thought about goin back to the 09 flash though.

Just got back from a nice weekend. I just had my dealer reflash it to the 09 flash and it ran awesome. Better then it has in a long time. Boondocker will tell you the exact # you need to tell your dealer to use. They will have to go into there 09 book to do it though.
