Hay guys,
So my 2011 new assault 155" will be coming back to oz in march, living its life there. What spare parts would I need? Shipping parts from the US is pricey so I want to take as many bits as I can in the crate. And no there's no dealers there..

My list so far is;

Spare hyfax
spark plugs
carbides
spare belts
scratches

Anything else??? special tools??

Cheers,
Niko.

if you ride in rocks and stumps..a set of holz a-arms..., exhaust sensor(a few have had issues with them)a set of heel heavy weights for your elevation(slp mtx's or belly busters), slp blue/pink primary spring(might like the green/pink if you put a bigger initial angle helix),goggle bag for under the hood...thats all I got off the top of my head....

Cheers mate, plenty of rocks so I'm stockin up on spare a arms ;) Clutching is fine stock as the elevation is the same as tahoe were it is now. But spare clutch springs yes!! :)

get the holz(they are cheaper to buy a whole set vrs 2-3 stock lowers..and quite a bit stronger)..and I ride low too..mtx's and blue/pink..you will like it....

MAybe a spare 1/4 turn clamp or two for the side panels,
Torx & Allen wrenches not sure if Torx wrenches are difficult to find there but that is a thought, I never seem to have the right size and am off to town.

Oil? Are you running VES gold not sure if you can get that there if not send some with the sled if you can.

thanks guys, keep them comin ;) I can get ves gold here (mega bucks) A-arms I'm going to be tiging them up out of chrome molly in a jig I've built. Done it before on my old apex. Saves $$ DYI, pink/blue spring ?? do tell more

Just thought of clutch tools, puller, ?????

When I snowchecked, I also ordered two lower arms and a spare shock. Didn't realize until now that Holtz arms were cheaper. I carry spare plugs, spare belt, three sets of goggles, light and heavy gloves, spare clothes in case I have to spend the night, and a cheap snowbunjie survival kit that I've never used. Stock wrench kit.

This is my first year with Polaris. The Ski-Doo toolbag was pretty well stocked, but I see that there isn't much that comes with the Polaris bag. Are there any tools that one should carry with that aren't in the bag?
