Anything you would need in summer but more warm cloths for the winter, extra gloves, socks, and layer replacements for Wet exchange. Walking out, or Spending the Night, will cause you to sweat, cutting wood for a fire and riding all day will cause you to sweat, extra(packing) is better than less clothing in an emergency.

Good to carry some prescrip pain pills, prescribed to you and to be used only by you (legally).

Many great suggestions already posted. One thing I do with emergency supplies and clothing is vacuum pack it all. Stays dry and takes up less room in my pack. I vacuum pack extra food, lighters, batteries, clothing, etc. These items stay in my pack sealed up, all season, unless needed for an emergency.

Thats a really good idea. Never would've thought of that. And space could be an issue with the amount of stuff some people haul.
I do the same.
Freeze died food packs
Carry high energy freeze dried food pack, and something metal that you can use to heat water and food with over a fire if needed
