Im running a pure logic and im wondering whats a better option?

Im running the PL as well, its the best box that ive ran.To get the best i would say NMs new set up is going to be very good.I thank all the other boxs on the apex add to much fuel( cant get it lean enough).Thats just what we have found on all the boosted apex"s that we run.
Well in that case maybe i will keep th PL box 
Im having a strange off boost intermittent studder before boost comes on any ideas as to what that may be?
The sled is new to me so its been this way since i bought it.

whats your CO settings at? What turbo kit? elavtion?
Sorry im new to this controller CO settings? Its a 28 series BD turbo kit.
We ride 8000 to 11000ft
On my old rx1 it would almost do the same thing if it didnt warm up good like a safety??
