Hey it just dawned on me. You live in Pleasant Grove. Will you soon be banished?
Anybody up for a Hobble Creek ride next Friday. Would really like to see with the colors but have never been. So we would need a guide.
Seasons winding down!!!!!!!!!!!

Mak Rev you havent had any fruit throwed at lately have ya?

Roadie to the first ridable snow in the lower 48 whos with me!!!

not fruit but some northride kids came and tried to mess with the D tonight, we showed them whats up had a nice little convo with them and sent them home;) i hate drunk punks who come to our town and try to get us going. They said they had a gun, so one of the girls called the cops and we told the cops that when they came, anways we left and about 20 minutes later a few miles from where the cops left us we saw them with the car pulled over there was 10 cop cars around their car and 2 had their guns drawn walking up to it:D we drove by it about 20 minutes later the kids were in hand cuffs and there was bear bottles and a knife on the hood. there are some stupid kids out there

I guess im a little late here...Im Zach From Mountain View, WY i ride a 09 D8 155 on our side of the uintas...im looking to ride the other side a bit this year...maybe check out this double hill everyone is so crazy about..

hobble creek was off the hook today... 65 miles later... i can barely walk!!! and in case you are wondering, trail 003 is not ridable on a motorbike... i think i broke a rib...

anyhow i have pictures i will have to get up. the fall colors are amazing! and that means SNOW soon!!!

jay (watch this) i am planning on visiting you in alpine this winter!

mak,
no fence is gonna stop us!

one made of giant boulders and a metal gate cemented in the ground? you either gonna have to trash your sled to get around it or build a ramp. Save the pain and throw it in the back of the truck up to the parking lot. What are you gonna ride this year?! Mike called us the other day saying he had a dragon put together he wanted to show us before the owner came and picked it up, we ran in and looked at it, can you say sweet! BTW the new 09 Tri-City bumper is HOT

Double Hill=Over rated, depending on your skill level and riding style i would suggest Elizabeth side over doublehill side, its a little more technical but i like it better. Burned forest with plenty of big climbs if your into that, thick burned tree riding, and plenty of drifts on top. There is some killer stuff over on doublehill side though, check out over towards yamaha hill and east of doublehill has some super fun stuff as well, or if your feeling like messing with the law you can always drop in 1000 peaks, thats always fun:D

see and i ride our side of the uintas because they are 20 mins away, every time i go to evanston i have someone tell me that i cant ride because they have never seen me on the double hill side....last time i checked uintas>togwotee i love being able to ride here :)

Phatty: sounds like you had fun abusing yourself. That's a lot of mt. miles. Hope to get on that trail before it's too late.:D We tried twice yesterday to get out, but storms were moving in too fast. So we gave up. Going out right now. Sun. morning from cabin.

Flit: I think you here a lot of talk about Double Hill cuz everyone knows about it. We use it as a meeting place or stop and play and mostly hope to see some carnage. I mostly like the cornice drops off the top. I think the Gold Hill, Hump Peak areas are a riot. Mak is right, Elizabeth is awesome. Just make sure you're with someone that knows the area. Not as many visual landmarks on that side and there can be some nasty climb outs.

Getting an 09 Assault will have lots and lots of vents slp single pipe set-up and nitrous. Possibly a powder track depending on how I like the stocker. Also getting 4-6 08 rmk600s for rental sleds and friend/family rides.

Usually ride franklin basin, beaver creek, cub river, Island park, Mantua, Monte cristo and sometimes daniels summit areas. Would love to try and get out to the snowies this year as I went to school in laramie and heard alot of good stories.

I have never ridden mantua how is it where do you go?

If there is enough snow I would rather go there than logan canyon. There are 2 places to head up the mountain, one trail head is just on the south side of the lake called rocky dugway and you can go drop right into cache valley or had south to monte or go east to hardware ranch. The other trailhead is south of town, the usual land mark up there is docks flatts. There is more area than people realize up there. Only problem is if there isnt enough snow there is a TON of rocky (hence rocky dugway:D)
PM me when you want to go I can show you around up there.

Where is tail 3 located. I have never come across that trail. sounds rough.

11 is the only trail I've stopped attempting, it's short but insanely washed out.

Phatty,
We'll be lookin for ya. I've had the chit scared outta me a few times. Had to upgrade just to keep up............. hahaha
