You never said how they got in the house. Was the door locked when you got home.
And what items were in the street? Stuff one person could carry or more then one guy?

They can't just come in and take it from your home, you have to let them in. Just like it's illegal to repo a vehicle from inside a garage unless the door is left open. If the doors are closed it is B&E doesn't matter if you defaulted on a loan or not. went through that with a buddy of mine from back in the day when his car got repo'd. was inside his mother's garage and the repo guys tried to threaten her but still couldn't go in and take it without her permission or opening the door for them. They can pick the locks on the car but can not enter a private residence.

Either way it's not a concern in this case but thought I'd edjamacate

And I'm pretty sure the slight insinuation (even if that wasn't the intent) that PJ might not be paying his bills is what got tyou the What the F@%& remark as it would have gotten that and a lot more out of me if I were in his shoes right now.

2) german rotties or large dogs
3) adt alarm w/ cellular and battery backup
