Coming back from a ride yesterday and my pro started bogging. The bog would come and go and at one point my sled sounded like a four stroke.I checked the plugs and wires, all other wire conections and could not find anything.I know these sleds have had injector issues, just wondering if these are the symptoms of that.thanks in advance.

I've had a wierd bog also but it only seems to be at lower elevation. I'm thinking it might be hitting the rev limiter. See if its only happening at the lower elevations and if its not then I'd go with your injectors

I had that happen to me also. The dealer had told me to pull the plug on the TPS, make sure the plugs are dry, no water and put a dab of dielectric grease in each of the pin holes, reconnect. Also they had me take the spark plug boots off and cut a 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch off the plug wire, screw the boots back on. Problem went away. One other item to check is the freeplay in the throttle cable. It can only have 20 thousands of freeplay. That can cause a bog. Hope you find it!!

A partially smushed exhaust deflector will also cause similar running issues.

add dirty sticky and plugged for non perfectly functioning power valves....

The big question...is it one...all...or some that cause this? HMMMM?

Thanks everyone for the info.Exhaust valves were cleaned 200 miles ago,but i will pull them to make sure.I had a problem with the tps at 500 miles and it got replaced with dialectric grease.I checked the exhaust deflector and it is good as new.The weird thing is that it would happen at every different rpm,but i didnt get any check engine lights or anything like that. Also the idle wasn't affected and it seemed to do it less the lower in elevation i got.

I would bet my money on the safety switch in the throttle block, it is giving out a bad signal. We have lots of sleds here in sweden acting like that, but most of them get good when replacing that switch.

i bought mine a week ago put a mbrp can on it right from minute 1 noticed bog and cut out wich did not make me a happy camper removed can put stock back on and what do you know its fixed and trust me i tested it hmmmmm i doo love my pro
