First pic is of my dad's bull from 2011. My 2 brother's and I accompanied him. Great hunt. It's a heavy 8x8. Scored 356.

The next is the bull we have been keeping a close eye on over the summer

Not one of the bruisers I was after, but I was able to punch my tag on this one the last few minutes of light on the last day of Colorado's 1st season. I thought the split G1 was pretty cool.

Shot yesterday morning at about 8:30 right from the front porch. It lays as it fell.
This is about 3/4 of a mile from my house.

Nice buck...and gun

Is that a Sendero rifle? I just picked one up a week ago and just got a load developed. Actually, it was tough to pick a load. That gun shoots almost everything well, and some loads REALLY well. I was actually amazed. That gun is making a few people I know question their decision on getting a 5-7k custom built rifle. They are a little heavy, but I figure I probably have bigger things to worry about if I can't pack my 11.5 pound gun around. Thanks for sharing the pics.

Good eye! It is a Sendero, 264 Win Mag which I learned they don't make anymore. I haven't had any time for load development yet, but it shoots the factory Nosler Custom 130 grain Accubond loads fairly well. Should be a tack driver with hand loads
