Changed the "the Minister" to "someone from the Ministry"

I have been asked to edit my original post by the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club, and as well I want to make my story completely accurate. Apparently I have ruffed a few feathers. Our group has come to the conclusion that what was said to us by the Conservation Officer when we ask who was in the helicopter besides the pilot he said "someone from the Ministry of Environment” Sorry for the misunderstanding.

No not a thing. The only thing I received was a letter back in April stating that my dispute has been registered and that I should let them know if I move or anything. So I guess keep waiting and see what happens.

Mountainbigbull the lake was finially signed as a closed area late in the spring last season by MoE and now it is an open area again. Tell that to the judge. You can contact Tom for more info.
If you guys are riding Caribou Basin this season note the signs and maps at the trailhead and make sure you have a GPS. in your group if your not very familiar with the area.
Closure border GPS waypoints for Frisby, Sale, Keystone and Caribou Basin will be available very soon on our new map and at www.sledrevelstoke.com.

So would do you mean "now it is an open area again"? I'm guessing you mean it will be open until Jan 1?

That was the other thing the CO was trying to tell us that the GPS closure waypoints where posted on the sledrevelstoke website and that was not the truth because as you stated they will be posted in the near future. I was pretty sure they weren't post at the time of the ticket issuing but I did not question the CO maybe I should of.

congrats on fighting it. may not seem like much but if u fight and win its a big step for us as it will not be a precedent. thats bull as to what happened and i'm sure that fish cop will get his pee pee slapped for ****in up and making the gov't look bad.
