Hey can anybody tell me what wastgate actuator mcx used in there 06-07 kits for the apex 290 kit

they should look the same, just about the spring in the wastegate.. If the kit has a 16t turbo.. which I think is what was on the kits up to the 290's... then that should be an exact replacement turbo wise, and a wastegate arm that fits it should work as well.

its the same turbo but mcx machined off the top mounting bracket for the actuator and welded that tab on so i still dont know what actuator they used
do these look the same to you. Mine has to bolts on the bottom by the shaft to mount it and this has a bracket

I know you can get ones pretty much anywhere, so im wondering if they get stiffer then stock ones as the applications for that turbo arent exactly high boost level vehicles, so they probably get there own actuators and possibly bend the rods a certain way.. not sure thought.. IMO, just buy one with the right type of mounts and bend it for your needs.. or call mcx and fork over some $$$

Just had my 16T upgraded to the 19T at Alamo industries. They have done a number of the upgrades on the MCX turbos and may be able to tell you where to source parts for the Mitsu. turbo's.
