Wasatch mountain

Does anyone know if you can access Wasatch mountain state park via SR92 (Timpanagos)?
Looking for a better way to get there from the Salt Lake valley instead of driving all the way up to Midway.

Any other areas nearby that are worth a shot?

Yes. You can access it from up past tibble fork or up the alpine loop side.
