The warranty is based on the sleds VIN number, not the owner.

That depends, If it was purchased early it had 2 years and if the warranty update was done they added another year for three years total.

If it was a rental unit there is no warranty.

Just take the VIN number to any dealer and they can tell you when the warranty is over.

My 12 limited that you were interested in has the 3 year warranty, and the first year was not up until the end of March this year.
