Wanted 2012 Silber pro ride old Installation instruction

I have a 2012 silber kit for the pro ride that I need to install, but I cannot find the link anymore to the instructions. I have the new instructions off the web site that are much better, but I want to be able to compare the steps to the 2012 kit since parts are different. If someone still has the 2012 instructions and can email them to me or know where I can find them online it is much appreciated.
