I was only able to get through about 5 minutes of his speech streaming live off CSPAN here at work. If he comes through with even 10 percent of the **** he was spewing we will have change. Good or bad. I guess we'll have to wait and see. Personally this guy kind of spookes me.

Actually your wrong about the private money. Office of budget estimates it will cost the Fed $49 Million, and the District of Columbia expects about $47 Million.
Private money was only $45 Million.
