Vail, Fremont, and Brekenridge conditions

Checked out all three areas yesterday, and there is not enough snow to even make a good test and tune day out of!!!!
Dont waste your time or fuel money.

People get sucked into the allure of good riding and can ruin the season.

I heard of some serious carnage getting pulled out of Irwin, Yes those are rocks !

Stick to the roads

I live in Dillon and can verify this info:mad:
Inch maybe two in my front yard.If you want to ride keep heading west to the Grand Mesa or south west for the snow. Not sure about R/E but snotel shows it pretty thin.
Pete

Spring Creek area was pretty thin as well Wednesday. Buff has been doing much better for base prior to the last storm, plus it's a shorter drive than heading to Wolf Creek.

Im going to ride Boreas Pass rd and surrounding this afternoon, I will update after! Blue river has twice what in town Breck has so maybe Boreas has a two or three feet! PRAY FOR SNOW

Boreas wasn't to bad, i went with the wife so i didn't play much but around midway buy the old train building there was around 2-1/2 feet, can still see stumps though, good and bad. Im gonna ride Weston pass down south this week as well, south has more snow too! Give me an email and ill send pictures, to big to attach or something

Thanks Grant

Have not tried Tiger at all, we need a couple feet before ill try there! I guess you can ride red mtn basin and right around the base of the hoosier they have 3 feet solid, ill try there and post back!

G miller,
Thanks for the post.

I went to V/P on Tuesday and again on Thursday for some test and tune /break in miles.OK for a trail ride but pretty thin off trail, bumped 1 or 2 things but I was very conservative.
Wilder Gulch up to Ptarmigan/Camp Hale was ungroomed but there were sled assisted skier tracks. No orange poles/trail markings anywhere. Also no trail markers on Shrine Pass road(road to Redcliffe/Mango's) but trail has been ridden a bunch and is obvious.Made it about 1/2 way to Redcliffe before we turned around.
Saw the groomer in the lot at 5PM Thursday so things may have changed since then.
