2 things i did change off the stock kit. Longer flexi tube from the turbo to the charge tube ($10) and longer line from airbox to boost guage ($5).

recommended mods (i dont have them done but im getting there) is a real suspension with real shox, set up for lots of ski pressure

problems encountered: Bolt holding brake onto chaincase came out (lock tight must have gotten overlooked on that one)
ground wire end piece off the attitude box got corroded and had to be repaced ($.35 for new connecter)
boost gauge line was too short and popped off air box (fix described above)
charge tube flexi hose was too short and the charge tube kept popping off (fix described above)
fouled 2 spark plugs from running rich (my choice to run it that rich)
 
m7 with Garrett 2871 turbo pure logic box about 400 miles no trouples so far. I have a liking for boost.
 
m8 with bd 2860 love the thing. had almost no troubles that i didn't cause. lol

don't have the intercooler or any of the new stuff. not totally convinced that the intercooler is the must have thing. i am running between 10 and 13# depending on the day and if i need more i just turn that thing called the boost controller and then i have more hp. weeeeeeeeee.
