Nobody ever said the actual "Mafia" was dead. Only made reference to the Private section called "Mafia". That's when things got all blown out of proportion. Phatty had started and managed the section before it was handed off to Jacob. It had previously been offered to me but I saw no sense in even having it around since nobody frequented the area. Then more chit went down about using the Mafia name and carrying it on for future use and I think it was at that point Jabob got a little fed up and decided to start his own Private Thread Section.
I personally don't see any problem with somebody starting up and managing their own Private Section. After all that's why they were created, I believe. I joined Sally's World too and never saw any rocks being thrown at him.

Now let's talk about when Blake is buying me lunch.
I'm sure it will be the only time I see you cuz you'll be too big of a puzzy to ride bikes with me now that you've shot your mouth off. And I'm only 70% with 1 arm.LOL

Chief keeps saying the Mafia is dead. I think Chief just needs to step up and be the new Mod for the Mafia.

The MAFIA is DEAD quote comes from BossRev, not me. I saw the post Jacob made asking if someone else would take over the Mafia Social Group from work and prior to being able to respond from home that I would take over mod responsibilities the group was deleted.

I will be creating the Mafia Social Group again in the spirit of Dave "Animal:" Johnson in that everyone is invited, just like to the Animal rides. The intent is to make a Utah centric section that does not have the 75 post limit for basic members.

I will send invites to everyone who was once part of the Mafia that I can identify. New members getting into the group we'll work out later - it should be no more difficult then a request; just the way Dave did the rides...

I will post in the Utah section when I've done it.

Unfortunately I'm in the middle of 5 successive 16+ hour days at work right now (got to keep my job) and won't find time to build the new social group until the weekend or next week.
