I have no idea why we screw with this...

The only semi plausible excuse I've heard is for the business folks to not get too far behind the lower 48. Serously though...what difference does it make besides a generic excuse to sleep in and be late for work?

I lived in Az for a year..they dont dont f^@k with it..we sholdnt either!
