very nice. I like that it is under the hood so that snow does not buildup on it. lots of surface area on the prefilter also.
No bogging with the exhaust out the stock location? no way... :p:face-icon-small-hap
I would recomend throwing a few stainless hose clamps around the fat section of the pipe also. I have a custom cpi turbo pipe on my turbo xp and the pipe split a few times last year. heat wraped it and put 3 hose clamps around fat section and one on each end to hold heat wrap. I pulled all the heat wrap off at the begining of this year and presure tested it. no cracks or leaks any where.

Of hand do you know how big the clamps you used on the big part of the pipe where?

I believe they are 6.5" inches.
Sled is not here. came back last night to get some parts and leaving now. bellow riped on power valve. 30" of powder in last two days and dumping now. Didn't want to ride the n/a m8 backup sled. :face-icon-small-hap

XP Intake

I will tell you this, after we have started plumbing these out from under the hood as this picture shows, we had to turn our powerjets out almost 2 turns to get the exhaust temps back down under 1200 degrees!! This set up with the prefilter and location has not bogged once, even in the deepest of snow!!
All you Turbo XP guys need to do this modification period. The sled does not heat soak after several hard pulls and you will be able to turn your boost down a little!!:face-icon-small-ton It runs sooooo much better, this is identical to the Yamaha Nytro intake. DOO IT!! You will not be disappointed.
