I don't know how to do under tunnel exhaust but i will till you this. 2 nytros that are done the same way same maping, turbo fuel pump, intercooler everything. only diff is one has a muffler and the other under tunnel exhaust the one with the muffler on top of the tunnel runs good all the time no bogging perfect. the one with the under tunnel open exhaust runs like crap most of the time bogging. Thats the only thing that we can think of that would be making this problem. The snow seems to have a bad affect on under tunnel open exhaust. Hope this helps

I run alpine's front mount turbo and dump the exhaust on the track, never had any problems with boging, or running like crap. I saved alot of weight this way, and it really steams down to what you want to do. In the deep snow it is a little quieter than a rear mount or exhaust out the back. I love this set up and been very happy. Boost on....

With my bd i dump it into the tunnel. Ive had no problems this way. These kits are loud so this does muffle the noise some. Make sure you wrap the exhaust header to the down pipe it makes a big difference with heat.

Same here . LOVE the sound !

My Boondocker is out the side because I had heard that the one into the tunnel had a tendency to get snow blocked. Out the side works great but is loud as hell on the trail. Once you're in the soft stuff or climbing I don't really notice it.
