Tunnel extension upgrades!?

So, im pretty sure this was beat to death last season. Its just that there was so much info on the subject, it was hard to determine what was working well, and what wasnt.

My sled is an '08 m1k sp 153. I want to upgrade the tunnel before the snow flies to the newer '09-'10 style as well as do something different with my cooler. So whats the best, easiest, most cost effective, and durable option? VA, '09 parts, BD, others? Or mix and match parts? Also on the cooler, I had heard of some guys flattening their stockers. How are those holding up? Any leaks, or other issues?

If I were you I would go with the VE rear boondocker tunnel half. Looks sweet, cost effective, bumper included with rack, and is very functional...

Thats it there, right? It does look sweet! Anyone have pics of it installed? Or how about pics of the install? I notice it has no holes or anything drilled. So how is it to get lined up and new holes and everything drilled? So do you still need to get the running board supports like BD makes or like the '09's have? What other things are needed?

should have the VE rear on my sled this weekend......looks to be very strong and clean....and the lady how handles billing will call you when the parts leave the VE shop

What do you use for a taillight and snowflap on the VE tail section? Does the VE come with new taillight and snowflap, reuse existing or they get deleted. I think the kits look awesome and I'd love to see your pics hatchers when you're complete.

Does anyone have any pics from directly behind the machine?

No tail light or flap on the new VE section...If you want one you will have to mock one up yourself.

That does look sweet! The footboard rail kickup must be custom huh?
