Trucks stuck up Reecer

This guy was trying to pull out another guy today up Reecer Creek. They left holes the size of small cars right in the middle of the groomed road, it's at the corner of the 35 road (Reecer Creek) and the 3521 road. The guy being pulled out was a black Dodge, it's probably still there. Is there an email for the forest service that I can send them to?

We have seen this 4 times this winter up there. Took photos fo the trucks with license numbers and forwarded each time. Not sure any action was ever taken .

Tim comes to all of the groomer meetings. He said with pictures and Lic. #, he will take action...........Might give a follow up call if curious....

why is there never any signs that say "No vehicles beyond this point" or something to that effect? I used to see that at Blewett many years ago but not hardly anywhere any more.

About 2001 a friends wife was with us and she went into a huge trench on the groomed trail and busted her collar bone. There had been trucks with winches and huge tires winching themselves up on lower Coleman creek road.
Rumor has it that trucks stuck like that usually call Les Schwab for advice.

There are a few up the Reecer Creek Road, right now it's at the gravel pit. It says road closed and I think tracked vehicles only, it is small. Up the Coleman/Dawson there were signs on a tree that said vehicles with track with skis only. Does that mean that 4 wheelers with tracks are not allowed? Anyway someone took it down.

I have property up wilson creek road, which is just east of reecer. There are jeepers year around that #%$@ up the road so bad that the kiddos hate to go riding. Does anyone know who to contact regarding official signs that states when the fs road are closed for the winter? In the previous thread it said to contact Tim Foss. Has anyone done this and got any resolution?

I received an email from Mr. Foss (Forest Service guy) that he would ticket the guy and if all possible have the groomer fix the holes in the trail. I was up there yesterday and you couldn’t tell that anything had happened. Thank you Lake Cle Elum for giving out the contact info. There were Jeep tracks clear up to Lyons Rock and beer bottles lying around there and along side the trail.
