Tread GPS

Anyone know if the newly released "Tread GPS" from Garmin that we can put on our sleds will communicate with the Ski-Doo and Polaris set ups so mixed groups can communicate?

I doubt it will work with Polaris and I didn't know Ski-Doo had a system offered??

Polaris Ride Command Group Ride only works with other Ride Command devices or if you download the app on your smart phone. The Group Ride feature only works with cell coverage so for mtn guys pretty much useless. Trail riding probably pretty nice. I think the Garmin device only needs a satellite signal but could be wrong.
